RFP - Financial Statement + Single Audit

Our organization is subject to a single audit for the fiscal year January 2024 – December 2024.

The Ranchers Stewardship Alliance is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Malta, MT. Our organization has two major programs: Conservation and Education. Both programs utilize grant funding heavily. Our conservation program implements conservation infrastructure projects with private landowners to benefit soil health, wildlife habitat, and promote land staying in grassland production. Our education program focuses on educational events and content that supports ranching and regenerative agriculture.

In the last six years, our organization has experienced a huge increase in programming. We’ve seen total revenue increase from $100,000 to over $1.3million. We currently employ 5 full-time and 3 part-time staff members. Our organization has a December 31 year end. We are a cash basis organization. We utilize QuickBooks Online as our accounting software platform.

Proposal must be received by March 10, 2025.
