Douglas J. Van Der Aa, CPA, JD is an experienced CPA and attorney with over 20 years in tax practice, including work with CPA firms and business law. He is a frequent, highly rated speaker on tax and ethics topics for state societies and organizations nationwide. Doug previously served as a Tax Manager in Grand Rapids and taught accounting and taxation at Grand Valley State University. He holds a BA in Accounting from Dordt College and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
