Request for Proposal – CPA Services for Audit

Plenty Doors Community Development Corporation (Plenty Doors), a nonprofit organization located on the Crow Reservation in southeast Montana, invites qualified CPA firms to submit proposals for the preparation of its yearly audited financial statements and related filings for a three-year period beginning with the 2023 fiscal year (ending December 31, 2023).

The audit must be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and include:

• Annual financial statement audit
• Federal single audit
• Preparation of IRS Form 990
• Management letter

About Plenty Doors CDC: Plenty Doors is dedicated to economic development, workforce training, business incubation, and community sustainability. Key initiatives include small business support, financial services, workforce development, water sanitation, and affordable housing.

Proposal Requirements: Interested firms should provide:

• Evidence of qualifications and experience
• Organizational structure and staff assigned
• Timeline for fieldwork and reporting
• Fee structure and billing rates
• References from at least three clients
